I’ve updated my home page to a new index.html file. The logo is working correctly on every subpage linking them to the index.html file. Now in my main navigation bar, once i click on home it just gives /# . How I can I resolve this. This is so urgent of a need to fix.
It sounds like your new index file has a wrapping around your logo.
The logo works. That’s not the issue. The issue is that I have the navigation setup through percussion. It now recognizes that I have a new home page. But on the subpages where there is a home link, it did not populate with the new home link and I am not sure how to get it to repopulate so that the home link on the main navigation bar will work.
Hello Kristy,
Have you run a Full Publish? This will update all pages.
If you have run a Full Publish let us know - we can move this to a support ticket to help resolve the issue ASAP.

Keith
Ah. Sorry about that. Does your new homepage show the double arrows in the file image like below?
If it does not, then that’s why it’s not showing in your navigation.
You would have to go in and copy that page to the original index page with the double arrows. I do not know of a way to promote a page in Percussion to the navigation.
I am running another full publish to see if that will resolve the issue. - it takes about 20 minutes.
I’ve run a full publish with no fix at this time.
Hello Kristy,
Adding to what Matt mentioned - the double-arrows on a page mean that is the Navigation landing page for a section - or the home page for your site if it is in the top folder for your site.
If the new index.html does not have the two arrows, you can go to the Navigation section of your site and drag the new index.html to the top “Level 1 (Top)” box for your site - this will make the page the new index. You will get a message that this page will be renamed ‘index’ and your old index will be named ‘index-1’.
If you need your new index page to have a ‘.html’ extension, and not use the default which is no extension, you can edit the page after this change, click ‘Actions - Edit Meta-data’, and rename the page.
I understand this is an urgent issue, let us know if you want to schedule a call to resolve this.
Regards,
Keith
