[RX-16350] Workbench caching issue when saving an application

Description: If you use the same instance of the Percussion Workbench to connect to multiple CM Servers, and use the disconnect/connect option to connect to different servers, errors may occur when saving applications on the different servers. To workaround this issue, exit the Workbench and restart each time you want to connect to a different CM Server.
Workaround (if applicable): Click disconnect from workbench option under the File menu. Then, click connect to workbench under the same menu: for your default connection, please ensure that you are not saving the password. This way, you will always be prompted to choose the desired connection in the future. Always completely exit from the workbench, and relaunch it when working on multiple environment from the same instance instead of using the “connect/disconnect” options. This will force the cache to reload.
