I want to set the image to 1200px width but it seems to be max at 999px.
Have you tried unchecking constrain proportions? It may be that with the selected height - the width won’t scale beyond that without skewing the image.

According to https://www.tinymce.com/, you can set more than 999px. See screenshot attached below. Perhaps, update the plugin on the next version so it will be easier. Thanks!
