Improve New Asset dialog window

Sometimes I would create a new asset and it does take a while to scroll to find the right one. I would like to have Type and Category dropdowns in there (see screenshot I mocked up).

That or just have all of the options in a dropdown.  The thumbnails aren’t really needed to select what type of asset you want to add.
