Improve Email Notification WITH comments

When you hit approved button, you have the option to leave comment or not. If they do, it would be nice to have comments showing up in the email notification (with blockquote style color or something like that in percussion orange color)

Instead of showing “Content is awaiting your approval”, show something more friendly and meaningful like "This “About Us” page is awaiting your approval with comments"

I found another problem with this email system.

If I (as an admin) rejected it, the email should read “Content rejected - please review” instead of “Content is awaiting your approval”. I think this email subject is static, not dynamic.
