When I connect to Desktop Content Explorer, the locale is “ar-sa” and I have to change each time to “en-us”.
I’ve run into this issue before. It’s due to a bug in the desktop content explorer (DCE). The default locale is whatever locale label appears first in alphabetical order. To fix, go to the Content tab in Workbench and navigate to Localization -> Locales -> en-us, and then change the en-us label to something that will precede the labels of your other locales. “American English” might be a good compromise for you.
