Having hard time logging in My Support Tickets via Safari

Not sure which category should I file it under but the only browser that works is Firefox, Chrome and Edge.

If I turn off “Prevent cross-site tracking” in Safari > Privacy. It does work.

Is there a reason why this Support Tickets does like that? Thank you.
