The user has the Edit Widget Content Box open and is unable to scroll down to save. All items are contracted so there is no more room for them to scroll.
The odd thing is they have edited this page before and never had this problem.
I had them check reset zoom on the browser - but this did nothing.
Here are some ways to resolve this, and if it doesn’t, let me know!
Ctrl+minus to see if the save appears. If not please send a screenshot of the issue.
I know you said that the person has edited the content before, but perhaps their screen resolution got altered? 1280X1024 is the supported resolution, make sure it is on that or higher!
Lastly, copy out the entire source code, refresh the page, and paste it back in. I have had this happen to me before and this is one trick I use to resolve it.
