I have added a few forms to my website and have published them. I also added a redirect page after the submission and there is a forms tracker gadget on my dashboard but the forms are not showing up in the gadget. From reading it says that the Forms data service needs to be installed or downloaded. How do I go about doing that?

The form widget relies on CM1’s dynamic delivery services to function. Here is a link on setting up delivery services:
Note that the form widget will not function using the live “Preview” feature. The pages must be viewed on a server with delivery services enabled and working.

This issue was resolved on a call by redeploying their DTS Tomcat server.
